Fröken Reykjavík Kitchen & Bar brings together Nordic and European cuisine with bold influences from Southeast Asia. Fresh, high-quality ingredients take centre stage, with playful flavour combinations adding an unexpected twist to the menu.

The headchef at Fröken Reykjavík is no other than Snædís Xyza Mae Jónsdóttir.

Snædís served as caption of the Icelandic National Culinary Team from 2020 and took on the role of coach in 2023.

Last March Snædís participated in one of the world's most prestigious culinary competitions, the Bocuse d'Or Europe and secured a place in the final which will take place next year.

The modern Art Deco interior, open kitchen, lush garden room and lively cocktail bar give the restaurant its distinctive character.
