<p>Thank you for your reservation.</p><p>Please read our reservation policy to understand how to book, what to expect, and our terms and conditions.</p><h4>1. How to Make a Reservation</h4><ul><li><strong>Online Booking</strong>: Please follow the on-screen instructions to select the date, time, and number of guests.</li><li><strong>Phone Reservation</strong>: Call us at +45 30303732 to book a table.</li><li><strong>In-Person Booking</strong>: Drop by the bar during opening hours to make a reservation.</li></ul><h4>2. Information Required for Reservation</h4><p>When making a reservation, you must provide the following information:</p><ul><li>Your name</li><li>Contact information (phone number and email)</li><li>Number of guests</li><li>Date and time of reservation</li><li>Any special requests, dietary restrictions or allergies.</li></ul><h4>3. Reservation Timelines</h4><ul><li><strong>Same-Day Reservations</strong>: You can make same-day reservations based on availability, but it's best to book early to ensure your desired time. Same day reservations close at 16:00.</li></ul><h4>4. Cancellation Policy</h4><ul><li><strong>Cancellations</strong>: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us before your booking.</li><li><strong>No-Shows</strong>: If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time without prior notice, your reservation will be canceled, and a fee of 100 kr. pr. person will be charged.</li></ul><h4>5. Special Requests and Parties</h4><ul><li><strong>Special Requests</strong>: We will do our best to accommodate special requests, such as seating preferences, dietary needs, or celebrations (e.g., birthdays). Please mention these when booking.</li><li><strong>Large Parties</strong>: For parties larger than 12 guests, contact us directly to discuss custom arrangements. A deposit may be required.</li></ul><h4>6. Terms and Conditions</h4><ul><li><strong>Dress Code</strong>: Gejser bar has a no formal dress code, however, we do expect you not to be naked or wearing sweatpants. Please adhere to it to ensure entry.</li><li><strong>Right to Refuse Service</strong>: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our code of conduct, is disruptive, too intoxicated or simple being an asshole.</li><li><strong>Privacy</strong>: We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.</li><li>At reservation your creditcard information is required to secure your booking.
