At Baccala Bar and Restaurant, we bring the authentic Icelandic flavors of the fjord straight to your table.
We work with fresh, locally sourced fish, carefully processed in Hauganes' own artisanal facility next door, Ektafiskur.
We proudly serve unique dishes where freshness and the true taste of the sea take center stage with handcrafted cocktails.
Enjoy a one-of-a-kind Viking dining experience with a beautiful fjord-side view that honors Icelandic tradition and celebrates the finest local ingredients.
