Dineout | Funky Bhangra - Pósthús

Bhangra is an energetic, joyous dance form from the Punjab region of India that has been danced for centuries to celebrate the harvest. Bhangra is also a refreshing musical trend that has developed slowly over the past few decades. The dance and music have featured prominently in Bollywood films in recent years. Funky because we're not doing anything traditional! Funky Bhangra is not precisely an Indian restaurant but a Funky mix of spices, joy, and great vibes! Yesmine Olsson is the owner and creator of Funky Bhangra. She was born in Sri Lanka but grew up in Sweden and worked in Denmark and the UK before settling in Iceland over 20 years ago. Yesmine is not only an award-winning cookbook author and TV host, she also knows how to dance the Bhangra!
