Dineout | Hótel Húsafell

Groups over 8 will be offered a group menu, please send your request to info@hotelhusafell.is

With its Mountain and birch forest view, Húsafell Restaurant is situated in one of Iceland’s most beautiful nature resorts. The focus of the restaurant is sustainability and the nature around, with seasonal produce from local suppliers and produce grown in the green house. Helmed by Ingolfur Piffl a chef that has worked in over 12 different countries and worked in countless Michelin star kitchens the menu is inspired by Nordic and Japanese cuisine with certain elements on the menu that are not usually found in the rest of Iceland. Our Head chef go's on a day to day basis foraging for herbs and plants that grow in the area. To create a very different kind of creative dinner.

It is a menu that changes seasonally depending on availability from nature, whether it is fish, meat or vegetables.

To go alongside with your meal, a variety of cocktails are offered, both classic and signature drinks, that are sure to make you go for seconds and a wide variety of wine.
