5 Course Christmas Menu
Amuse bouche - Seviche
First starter
Creamy shellfish soup – fresh fish, mussel, shrimps, fennel and dill oil
Second starter
Cured salmon, skyr, cucumber vinaigrette, smoked roe, pickled shallots, rye bread crumbs and malt foam
Main course
Fillet of lamb and shoulder, beetroot, mashed potatoes, carrots, rutabaga and herbal demi glaze
Dessert
Christmas barley pudding with red berries and pistachios - Bygg a la mande
Vegan option:
Amuse bouche - Beetroot tartare
First starter
Wild mushroom soup with pickled mushrooms and enoki
Second starter
Barley arancini– wild mushroom puree and truffle aioli
Main course
Baked Cauliflower– carrot puree, pickled cauliflower, chimichurri, carrot chips, and peanut crumble
Dessert

Price for the menu is kr. 20.990 pr. person. (Drinks not included)
Guests have the option to arrive at either 16:45 or
20:15
For those who arrive at 16:45 the service will end at 19:00 but that
should be plenty of time to enjoy the meal.
A full refund will be made if cancelled 48 hours prior to event. In case
of cancellations please contact the restaurant through email.
