OLIFA La Madre Pizza is the first Pala gourmet pizza restaurant in Iceland. The Pala pizza is a rising star in Italy and in fact in the world of pizza. The Pala pizza is made from premium quality italian ingredients, carefully chosen and sourced from responsible italian farmers and producers. The distinctive character of the Pala pizza is the super crunchy dough on the outside and the moist and soft texture on the inside. The sourdough, made from a mix of three types of high quality italian flour, is esily digestible and light when consumed. The Pala pizza is served on wooden plates and intended to be shared by loved ones. We welcome every pizza lover to Olifa La Madre pizza, small and large groups, families and friends. We look forward to exciting your senses and taste buds. A presto!
