Dineout | Larmandier Bernier Champagne Dinner – SEL by ÓX

Fimmtudaginn 20. ágúst býður Sel upp á sérstakan smakkseðil með vínum frá Larmandier-Bernier. Kvöldið er haldið í samstarfi við Santé, innflytjanda Larmandier-Bernier á Íslandi, sem hefur valið vínin fyrir þennan sérstaka viðburð.

Þetta kvöld verður brugðið út af hefðbundnu sniði Sel, en Þráinn og sommelier-teymið hafa hannað seðilinn sérstaklega út frá karakter hvers kampavíns. Gestir verða leiddir í gegnum ólík terroir og vín Larmandier-Bernier, þar sem hver réttur er hannaður til að skapa jafnvægi milli rétta og vínanna.

On Thursday, August 20, Sel will host an exclusive tasting menu featuring the wines of Larmandier-Bernier. The evening is presented in collaboration with Santé, the Icelandic importer of Larmandier-Bernier, who has selected the wines for this special event.

For one evening, Sel will depart from its usual format as Chef Þráinn and the sommelier team present a menu designed specifically around the distinctive character of each Champagne. Guests will be guided through the different terroirs and cuvées of Larmandier-Bernier, with each course created to bring balance between the food and the wines.
