Where It All Began

Fiskmarkaðurinn holds a special place in my heart. This is where I learned to be a chef and took my very first steps in the kitchen.

Now, I have the opportunity to return, bringing the flavors of YUZU with me to create a menu that bridges the past and the present. A journey through the flavors that started it all at YUZU on Hverfisgata.
