LiBRARY bistro/bar
There will be plenty happening at Library Bistro from September 3rd–6th. The building will come alive from morning until evening – guests moving through the halls, exhibitions throughout the hotel’s spaces, a bar along the pedestrian street, and the warm atmosphere that makes Ljósanótt such a special celebration.
Thursday, September 3rd: We kick off Ljósanótt with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere at the bar and in the restaurant. Enjoy carefully selected wines, cocktails, great drinks, and a laid-back but fun evening with our regular menu.
Friday, September 4th: Friday evening gets an extra touch of live music as Trio Björn Thoroddsen takes the stage from 8:00 PM–10:00 PM. We will be offering a special two- and three-course menu from 5:00 PM – the perfect evening for great food, drinks, and live music.
Saturday, September 5th: The house will be buzzing all day long. Start your Saturday with our delicious brunch menu and a selection of carefully chosen dishes throughout the day. In the evening, enjoy the festive atmosphere with Una Torfa performing from 8:00 PM–10:00 PM, alongside our special two- and three-course menu from 5:00 PM.
Sunday, September 6th: End Ljósanótt with a relaxed and cozy Sunday atmosphere. Enjoy our brunch menu and carefully selected dishes throughout the day – great food, coffee, and a lovely final moment to end the festival weekend.
Please note: Due to Ljósanótt, we expect increased demand and the booking system may show as fully booked. However, we may still be able to accommodate you.
