About Mjólkurbúið Food Hall

The Dairy Farm Foodhall in Selfoss is a fantastic food culture house. A food hall with 8 restaurants, a wine bar, and an exhibition about the history of the Icelandic skyr. The restaurants are Samúelsson Matbar, Ísey Skyr Bar, Röstí Burgers & Beer, Romano Pasta, Takkó, Menam Thai Food, Menam Dim Sum, and Flatey. Design plays a vital role in the guest experience. Hálfdán Pedersen is the designer of Mjólkurbúið, and his inspiration comes from many places, including the work of Guðjón Samúelsson, the building's architect. Upstairs, in the loft, there is a cozy wine and cocktail bar. It is an ideal place to stop and enjoy good wines and cocktails in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
