This Iceland Airwaves weekend, SKÁL! welcomes Lucas Keller for a special two-day brunch pop-up, bringing together familiar favourites and a fresh take on the brunch experience.

Lucas is best known as one of the people behind The Coocoo’s Nest, one of Reykjavík's most beloved brunch spots. Known for its creative cooking, welcoming atmosphere and unforgettable brunches, Coocoo’s Nest became a firm favourite among locals and visitors alike.

Now Lucas returns with a new approach to brunch, combining bold flavours, interesting ingredients and unexpected twists with the dishes that made his brunches so popular in the first place.

And yes, his much-loved Eggs Florentine and signature sourdough pancakes are making a comeback!
